We have designed our Home School Enrichment Center around the needs of the home school community. Our goal is to offer activities throughout the day that will allow every family member to participate in a workshop or class simultaneously. The classes can be educational or purely for your own enjoyment. As an example, a child between the ages of 14-18 might be interested in learning more about Fashion Design or Graphic Communications while a younger sibling (ages 10-13) is learning how to be a “Math Whiz”. A child in the age range of 5-9 might be interested in learning about how to care for their pet and a toddler might want to participate in our “Toddler’s Taste of Music”. During these simultaneous workshops, Mom or Dad might be participating in a Scrapbooking class or a Woodworking class.
Workshop complexity is divided into age groups so each child receives the most benefit from their time at the Leftovers Home School Enrichment Center. All classes are 1-1/2 hours in length unless otherwise noted. Based on the complexity of the workshop, homework will be provided.

Workshops cost $6.00 per family member for each 1½ hour segment. Membership in the Home Team costs $5.00/family member. Memberships are effective from September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011. Discount for Home Team Members will be $3.00 for each 1-1/2 hour segment! Your family name will be listed on our “Wall of Fame.”

HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS
Please observe the following guidelines:
* Our program is designed to provide activities for every member of the family!
* Enrich and enhance your home school curriculum!
* Combine enrichment classes with our “Touch of Class” Performing Arts curriculum all in one FUN day!
* Field Trips are available for large co-ops in 3-hour blocks!
* Reservations should be made as early as possible. A deposit must be made at the time of registration.
* Reservations must be made in the name of the parent. Please provide name, home/cell phone number and e-mail address on our activity sign-up page.
* Changes in reservations must be made in writing (e-mail acceptable) and received no later than 48-hours prior to the scheduled class.
* We are unable to offer food and drink on the premises. Feel free to bring your own water bottles.
* Workshop cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance. Cancellations later than designated will result in loss of your deposit.
* Should your workshop be postponed due to inclement weather, your deposit will be secure. If St. Charles County schools are closed due to inclement weather, please assume that Leftovers, etc. will also be closed.
* We no longer accept checks by mail as a means to secure your space. All deposits must be made in person (cash, check or charge) or we accept credit card payment by phone.
