Welcome to Leftovers etc.’s Summer Camp Program!

Welcome to the Summer Camps being offered at Leftovers beginning on June 6 and ending on August 5, 2011. We hope that we have put together a fun summer program that your children will enjoy. You can find the complete list of Summer Camps being offered here!
The camps will run from 9am-Noon. We will be repeating last year’s program whereby the children will be able to bring their lunch and participate in a supervised lunch period from 12:00-1:00 and then we will have afternoon skill-building workshops until 4:00pm. The children, and all of us here at Leftovers, had a great time during the afternoon hours last year, and we hope that more of you will participate in these great afternoon workshops. The list will be out sometime in May showing what we will be offering in the afternoons.
This year, we are bringing back our Snapshot Camp for new campers and for those who participated in last year’s camp. Snapshot II will build on what the campers learned last year. Camp description will explain what children will learn in both camps.
One of the camps we are offering is, “KIDS ‘ALMOST’ GLEE”. This is GLEE without a storyline. Just lots of singing, dancing, laughing and more.
Another camp we are offering is, “BE AN IRON CHEF”, which is one week of cooking and meal planning with dishes from around the world. This workshop is going to be a lot of fun, but the price is $90.00 per child because of the amount of foodstuff that will have to be purchased.
There are several camps that we are offering twice during the summer, in the event you can’t make one, you have the opportunity to catch the second camp.
We look forward to having you join us this summer for camps in the morning and workshops in the afternoon.
